Dustin Collins the owner of Classic City has always done an INCREDIBLE job on any tattoo I have asked him to do. He has been doing my ink work for over 12 years now. From cover ups to fresh ideas he is always down and it is hands down the BEST work. The environment is always clean and friendly. Prices are great considering the epic quality of work.
